This service is included in our Annual Support Plans and is also offered for purchase for individual sessions for residential clients.  This state-of-the-art technology enables our technicians to momentarily share your computer (with your permission) to assist you with any issues, concerns, questions you are experiencing.  This increases response time, decreases downtime, and saves you the total cost man-on-site hours in your service plan.

This Service Includes:

• Unlimited Remote Support Sessions (RSS) to resolve issues providing the quickest response time
• Unlimited workstations can access this capability under this plan
• One-one-One session with a skilled technician allowing you to ask any questions during your sessions

*Remote Sessions are valued at $79.99 per session when purchased without this service plan. *Remote sessions are provided as responses to service tickets and will be handled in the order the requests.
