White label (also known as) co-branding is a service that we began providing due to popular demand.  This is a service that is offered via the web for clients who currently have hosting packages with 1010Computers.  We embed a support section to your current website and drive all service requests, questions, and help desk support to our in house staff.  This takes the burden from you on taking time from your day to tinker around with IT features for services, products, or software that you provide.  To the end user, the support looks as if it is coming from your organization and your logo — your brand is still being sold.
